Cancellations:
The Company reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Returns:
Returns are accepted only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect Products. Users must notify the Company within 3 days of receiving the Product to initiate a return.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Refunds:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days after the Company has received and inspected the returned Product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
